Terms & Conditions

RESERVING APPOINTMENT

First time booking? Please book a “New-Client” service and fill in our New Client Intake Form. For hair-color, hair-lightening services, and permanent waving services, we ask that you first book a Free 15 minute in-person consultation which includes a skin sensitivity test. In addition, a test strand MIGHT be required before booking the service.​​

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

 If we do not receive a confirmation, we do not cancel the appointment. We will keep the booking reserved in the schedule until we hear from you. A fee will be applicable if your appointment results in a Last Minute Cancellation, No-Show, or Being Late. 

CLIENT "NO-SHOW" and "SAME-DAY" CANCELLATION

The NO-SHOW fee is a 60% charge of the service booked. If we cannot contact you within the first half of the scheduled time of the service you booked, the No-Show fee will be applied without exception.

SAME-DAY CANCELLATION is a 50% fee of the service booked, when you call or email Haremane on the same business day of your appointment and before the start time of your booking. 

1-DAY-FOR-1-HOUR CANCELLATION FEE

Our stylists require further notice than the 1-Day-for-1-hour limit. I.E: full highlights + cut is 3 hours long, therefore, 3 business days mark the start of when the LMC will be applied. Feel free to reschedule or cancel an appointment with more than the minimum allowed days. The number of hours booked, is the number of days at which the cancellation fee is applied when contacting us to move or cancel your booking. This fee, without exceptions is 40% charge of the service booked.

BEING LATE

If you are 5 to 14 minutes late: We will skip the complimentary head or back massage & our beverage offering. Your service might feel rushed. Being 15 minutes or more late: You will be asked to come back later that day if your stylist is not fully booked. The Last Minute Cancellation Fee will be applied if the service cannot be completed that same day. 

Please, plan to arrive early. Our salon operates on very precise timing and we strive to NEVER be late with you. If something unforeseen happens with our schedule whether we are running behind or running early, we will do our best to communicate with you with a call or a text message.

No Refunds

No Refunds on Retail. No Refunds on services. If you are not happy with your hair results, or if there is a defect with your retail item, contact us within 7 days from the service or the retail purchase. We will gladly help out as much as we can to solve your challenges with this matter. There may be a small fee to cover the cost of the product used for service haircolor adjustments.

SALON CONDUCT

A service will immediately be terminated if the service provider feels threatened, in danger, or sexually harassed by a client.

A service provider has the right to decline service.

Please, make sure you get in contact with Haremane, and receive acknowledgement for any allergies, special needs, or unique accommodations needed during your hair service.

Please do not use phones on speakerphone inside Haremane.

Yelling or screaming indicate an Emergency. 

Please be mindful and only bring children under 8 years old for less than one hour appointments.

Only calm and well-mannered dogs are allowed, and only for a maximum of one hour.

Please note that a hair salon may be a dangerous place for a dog or a child and this is why we do not allow children under 8 or dogs to be left unattended.
